Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook Platform rules, Pothpancha provides this guide for users who wish to delete their data associated with our WhatsApp notification service.

If you wish to delete your user activities and data from the Pothpancha Updates app, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
2. Look for Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
3. Search for Pothpancha Updates in the search bar.
4. Click the Remove button next to the app name.

Permanent Deletion from Internal Records

To permanently delete your data from our internal records: Please send an email to info@pothpancha.lk with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number used for WhatsApp updates. We will purge all associated order logs and contact details from our database within 72 hours and send you a confirmation.
